Scope and contents: Contains shipping records of medical and hospital supplies, officer to whom material was shipped, weight, and the method of shipment. Contains some description of the contents. Supplies were shipped to various places in Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas. Signature on last page reads "J.T. Payne. H. Host. Surgeon, USA, Jackson Barrack, La." Final 5 leaves blank.
